INNOVATIVE MANAGEMENT OF ENTERPRISES IN THE HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY

Abstract

With the deepening of globalization and world integration processes, the modern hotel and restaurant business, influenced by external and internal factors, is forced to look for new management methods that are based on systemic and integrated approaches. The successful functioning of the development of hotel and restaurant business is paramount in a market economy. For any state, it is necessary to have an appropriate level of development of the hotel and restaurant business, because it contributes to the revival of all socio-economic contacts and ties, strengthens the economic potential of the regions, raises the rating of the state, its individual cities in the world community, is a multiplier of the growth of national income, employment and development of local infrastructure, is characterized by a high level of efficiency and a quick return on investment. The realities of the present prove that hospitality industry enterprises operating in crisis conditions are forced to look for new ways and mechanisms to overcome the crisis. Many such ways become innovative. But the introduction of innovations often involves risks and costs, which is why owners of hotel and restaurant businesses are afraid to follow innovative ways of development. Therefore, the issues of innovative management of enterprises in the hospitality industry are relevant at the moment. It is substantiated that modern management technologies in the hotel and restaurant business play an important role in improving the efficiency and quality of service. The introduction of best practices and innovative solutions helps enterprises to attract the attention of customers, increase their satisfaction and ensure a competitive advantage in the market. Reasonable use of modern technologies contributes to achieving the best results in the hotel and restaurant business. It is proved that the use of modern management technologies in the hotel and restaurant business is becoming more common and important for enterprises. In addition, innovative technologies can provide more efficient operation, reduce errors and increase guest satisfaction.
