КОРПОРАТИВНА ОСВІТА ЯК ОЗНАКА ІНТЕГРАЦІЙНИХ ПРОЦЕСІВ У ГОТЕЛЬНИХ МЕРЕЖАХ
Анотація
Стаття присвячена дослідженню ролі та ефективності корпоративної освіти у контексті інтеграційних процесів готельних мереж. Зазначено ключові аспекти впровадження корпоративних навчальних програм, їхній вплив на розвиток персоналу та адаптацію до змін у готельній індустрії. Розглянуто досвід таких світових готельних мереж як Marriott, Accor та Hilton. Серед досвіду українських готельних мереж розглянуто навчальні центри Premier International, Ribas Hotels Group, Business Regency Group та Optima Hotels & Resorts. В статті висунуті рекомендації для подальшого вдосконалення практик корпоративної освіти в готельній індустрії, зокрема, щодо оптимізації змісту програм та використання інноваційних технологій.
