FEATURES OF THE BUSINESS PROCESS MODELING IN CONDITIONS OF DIGITAL ECONOMY FORMATION
Abstract
The article is devoted to the research of topical issues of business process modeling in the conditions of systemic transformations of economic relations in the process of formation of digital economy and strengthening of technological influence on complex economic systems. The main focus is on studying and systematizing the features of the process of modeling business processes using cognitive technologies and artificial intelligence, as well as large data on the use of special economic methods in forecasting and planning business processes both at the enterprise level and taking into account the dynamics market changes in general. The priority directions of business modeling in complex economic systems with the use of new information technologies due to the development of the digital economy are identified. It is investigated that in order to determine to what sphere to restore the problems of business modeling, it is necessary to use the installation and empirically tested model of potential areas that are necessary for the creation and progress of business process management in the organization. This model helps to form typical areas of application. It is determined that the functional approach to business process modeling becomes dominant precisely due to the growing level of digitalization of economic systems to which this modeling applies. In particular, the main advantages of this approach, which are the sequence and logic of operations in business processes, allow the use of complex information technologies to solve such problems, to model the solution of such traditional methods, should take decades and apply to other analysts. It is proved that the application in modeling of elements of information technologies characteristic of complex systems of digital economy, promoting increase of maturity of modeling of business processes in the organizations, promoting the growing need for research of new approaches to modeling and development of tools and auxiliary techniques. according to the needs of the market in accordance with the growth of its digitalization.
