BANKRUPTCY OF ENTERPRISES UNDER THE CONDITIONS OF MARITAL STATE

Abstract

Socio-political problems intensify crisis phenomena in the economy, which in turn increases the ability of enterprises to provide stable income, maintain the required level of solvency and liquidity. The article highlights the general causes of bankruptcy of domestic economic entities, approaches to their classification by domestic and foreign scientists. The authors have systematized the main factors influencing the insolvency and bankruptcy of business entities that arise under the conditions of martial law in Ukraine. It has been proven that under the conditions of martial law, an increase in the number of enterprises that have gone bankrupt or are currently in a state of crisis occurs due to such reasons as inflation, disruption of logistics routes, occupation of territories, destruction of factories as a result of hostilities, migration of the able-bodied population, growth financial and business risk. A statistical analysis of the number of open bankruptcy cases of domestic enterprises, the number of open procedures for the liquidation and rehabilitation of economic entities since the beginning of the war in Ukraine was carried out. The main needs of domestic enterprises under martial law are grouped depending on the location of the business. The expediency and necessity of legislative changes regarding the improvement of bankruptcy procedures during the period of martial law are considered. The main stages of anti-crisis management of enterprises are singled out in order to identify internal factors influencing bankruptcy. The main needs of small and medium-sized businesses in modern conditions are highlighted and a set of actions is proposed within the framework of anti-crisis financial management to prevent the bankruptcy of enterprises. It is justified that the main measures to ensure the solvency of enterprises in crisis conditions are: reduction of current costs and increase in productivity; increase in current income; increase in income and decrease in outflow of funds. It is justified that the perspective of further research is the construction of a rational model of the anti-crisis management system taking into account the needs of enterprises in wartime conditions.
