ВИКОРИСТАННЯ ШТУЧНОГО ІНТЕЛЕКТУ В ПРОЄКТНІЙ ЕКОНОМІЦІ ДЛЯ ПІДТРИМКИ ПРИЙНЯТТЯ УПРАВЛІНСЬКИХ РІШЕНЬ У ПРОЦЕСІ ПІСЛЯВОЄННОГО ВІДНОВЛЕННЯ УКРАЇНИ
Анотація
У статті досліджено можливості використання штучного інтелекту для підтримки прийняття управлінських рішень у процесі післявоєнного відновлення України. Актуальність дослідження зумовлена необхідністю підвищення ефективності державного управління в умовах значної невизначеності, обмеженості ресурсів та масштабності завдань відбудови. Визначено, що традиційні підходи до прийняття управлінських рішень не забезпечують необхідної швидкості та якості обробки великих масивів даних, що ускладнює визначення пріоритетів відновлення та оцінювання наслідків управлінських рішень. Обґрунтовано доцільність застосування технологій штучного інтелекту для аналізу даних, прогнозування сценаріїв розвитку, оцінювання ризиків, оптимізації розподілу ресурсів і підвищення обґрунтованості управлінських рішень. Запропоновано напрями використання AI у системі державного управління з урахуванням потреб післявоєнної відбудови та цифрової трансформації України.
