ORGANIZATION OF ACCOUNTING AND ANALYTICAL SUPPORT FOR ENTERPRISE MANAGEMENT USING SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS

Abstract

The implementation of high-quality accounting, both financial and managerial, at the enterprise is the key to effective resource allocation, attracting financing (investments), preventing losses and making profits to achieve the goal and objectives, reducing and/or preventing risks and ultimately developing a correct and clear analysis system for making effective management decisions. To do this, it is necessary to pay significant attention to the organisation of accounting and analysis at the enterprise, which will contribute to the timeliness of receipt, processing and generalisation of accounting information for analysing the results of the enterprise's activities, assessing risks and identifying ways to improve financial results from various types of activities. The main elements of building a correct accounting and analysis system are revealed. Important importance is attached to the issue of the correct choice of a modern software solution. The article pays significant attention to the integrated enterprise management system - ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), which combines all the main functions of the enterprise, allowing you to automate processes and improve the efficiency of its activities. The main advantages of the ERP system for enterprises from the point of view of reflecting organisational processes of accounting and analytical support of the management system are indicated. It is also important to detail information on financial and non-financial data, to assess planned indicators and to form (determine) plans and strategies for the future. This will make it possible not only to properly organise accounting at the enterprise, but also to calculate further steps of prospective development. The main components of the accounting organisation are highlighted, which ensure the formation of information for the needs of managing the enterprise's activities. The methods, organisational, and methodological aspects of accounting are disclosed, which should be reflected in the selected software solution. Therefore, in the ERP system it is possible to form an information base both at the level of internal accounting and at the level of formation of accounting and analytical information.
