ANTI-CRISIS STRATEGIES IN THE SYSTEM OF BUSINESS MODEL DEVELOPMENT OF AN ENTERPRISE

Abstract

This article is dedicated to the study of anti-crisis strategies that can be effectively integrated into the business model system of an enterprise to ensure its sustainable development in the modern economy. The article examines the main causes of crisis situations, risk factors that affect business stability, as well as tools and approaches to crisis prevention and minimizing their consequences. Particular attention is paid to the development and implementation of adaptive strategies that enable companies to quickly respond to external and internal challenges, maintaining competitiveness and financial stability. The article also analyzes the role of innovation, flexible management of resources and personnel, as well as the importance of developing corporate culture in successfully overcoming crises. The authors aim to demonstrate how companies can develop strategies focused on long-term growth and enhance their resilience to crises by updating their business models, incorporating innovative approaches, and adopting mechanisms to adapt to changing market conditions. The relevance of this study lies in the growing need for businesses to develop effective anti-crisis strategies within their business models to navigate the complexities of the modern economy. With the increasing frequency of global economic disruptions, market volatility, and unforeseen crises such as financial downturns, pandemics, and geopolitical tensions, companies face unprecedented challenges to their stability and growth. By integrating adaptive and resilient strategies, businesses can not only mitigate the negative impact of crises but also maintain their competitiveness and ensure long-term sustainability. This research is particularly relevant in helping organizations understand the critical factors that influence crisis management and how they can proactively prepare for and overcome such disruptions.
