MANAGEMENT OF COMPETITIVENESS OF BUSINESS PROCESSES OF THE ENTERPRISE UNDER MARTIAL LAW

Abstract

The article is devoted to the development of approaches to the creation of an effective management system for the competitiveness of business processes at the enterprise. Numerous small, medium and large enterprises have faced a variety of problems and challenges, including global competition, the war in Ukraine, knockdown effects caused by the covid-19 pandemic. The system of managing the competitiveness of the business processes of the enterprise includes the organizational structure of enterprise management, the management of the enterprise, the information base of competitiveness management, the object of management, direct and reverse information links between them, principles, functions, management methods. The impact on the system of internal and external business environments, legal conditions is taken into account. The most important condition for ensuring increased competitiveness of business processes is compliance with management principles, which include the principles of economy, flexibility, adaptability, continuous improvement, risk-oriented thinking, and digitalization of business processes. The application of economic, organizational-administrative and social-psychological methods of enterprise management is important. In the system of managing the competitiveness of the enterprise's business processes, the main management functions take place: strategic and tactical planning, execution, control and accounting, motivation and coordination. Unique feature of the proposed system for managing the competitiveness of the enterprise's business processes is the ability to identify threats, clearly assess risks and systematically manage them, which directly affects the strengthening of the existing competitive advantages of the enterprise, the emergence of new ones and the strengthening of current positions on the market. Accidental events in the external environment of the enterprise are force majeure circumstances, such as wars, world epidemics, as well as radical changes in financial, stock and other markets, sharp changes in currency rates, etc. Random events dramatically change the position of enterprises on the market, eliminating some factors for achieving high quality and creating opportunities for the development of others.
