HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT USING LOGISTIC APPROACHES

Abstract

The article is devoted to the conceptual provisions of one of the innovative modern approaches to the management of the personnel potential of the enterprise – the logistics approach, which involves the development and implementation of a logistics personnel system, ensures the optimal formation of personnel, ensuring its mobility, distribution of jobs in the system and minimizing turnover. The authors highlighted the advantages of personnel logistics and proposed measures that can be used to assess the state of the personnel management system in a separate logistics system, with the allocation of three blocks: general assessment of personnel resources; analysis of activities and main functions of units; assessment of performance of key personnel management functions. The key aspects of personnel logistics are considered: the concept, goals, application, as well as the place and role of human resource management in enterprise. An analysis of the approach of lean logistics was carried out, aimed at staff. Personnel logistics not only has many prospects for the study of its subject area, but also has a high the feasibility of its use in enterprises.The research carried out in the article proves the need to optimize personnel flows, which will create additional savings and allow optimizing personnel movement. The article proposes aspects of the use of logistics in personnel organization policy. Logistics as a business concept is based on involvement of individual elements of personnel management in the overall process organization management. The proposed approach links logistics with constant movement of human resources to ensure conditions effective functioning of the enterprise and the comprehensive development of its personnel in the conditions of development of communications and complication of business processes. In today's realities and in the near future, the personnel of innovative enterprises as a valuable asset of the company becomes a competitive advantage. For this, it is necessary to create a frugal HR strategy aimed at improvement and development. And all the efforts made in the near future will turn into profits and increase the success of the company.
