Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of forming a holistic nationally conscious and possessive worldview in the personnel management system as an important factor in the professional activity of specialists. The author believes that worldview and mental orientations, being a system of national values, life and scientific and theoretical priorities, are the basis for the formation of professionally significant qualities of future personnel managers. The essence of the personnel management system and its impact on the motivation and productivity of enterprise employees are considered. The problems of forming a new ideological basis for personnel management are summarized. Attention is drawn to the elements of novelty of modern tools from the perspective of an intellectually mature individual and specialist, on which the management system will exert its influence. The direction of development of the personnel management system is substantiated on the basis of integrating the ideological-value and personal-ownership development of personnel in the socio-economic system. A feature of this approach is that personnel management should be considered not only as the art of managing people, but also as the art of creating unique opportunities for participation and establishing individual and team motivators for the implementation of employees' creative ideas. It has been established that a strong worldview based on the idea of creativity makes it possible to lay a solid foundation not only for the true joy of a person's life, but also in their professional and productive life and the activities of enterprises. The concept of worldview in the human resources management system has a primitive basis. It makes it possible to combine individual creative properties into a cultural rhythm, a finished form, a unique style that cannot be consciously imitated. It has been determined that the formation of the mental foundations of a future specialist or personnel manager requires proper national education through the prism of personal and ownership development. Personal development means the striving of an individual and the entire team of an enterprise towards an entrepreneurial, managerial and moral ideal.
