MECHANISMS OF MANAGEMENT OF STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT OF ENTERPRISES IN THE CONDITIONS OF EUROPEAN INTEGRATION TRANSFORMATIONS
Abstract
The purpose of the article is to study and substantiate the mechanisms for managing the strategic development of enterprises in the context of European integration transformations on the basis of increasing the competitiveness and sustainability of Ukrainian businesses in the European market. The research methodology is based on a comprehensive approach, including systemic, structural-functional and comparative analysis. Methods of theoretical generalization were used to determine the essence of the strategic development of enterprises, economic and statistical analysis to assess the dynamics of business adaptation to European integration requirements, as well as abstraction methods to identify key challenges and opportunities. Content analysis of regulatory documents was conducted to determine regulatory changes affecting strategic management mechanisms. The article examines the mechanisms for managing the strategic development of enterprises in the context of European integration transformations. The main approaches to strategic management are identified, which take into account the adaptation of business processes to EU standards and the implementation of innovative development models. The role of strategic planning and specific financial controlling tools in ensuring the competitiveness of enterprises is considered. The key challenges that arise for business in the process of European integration are analyzed in the context of the need to comply with European requirements in the areas of financial reporting, environmental responsibility, and digital transformation. The possibilities of using SWOT analysis, PEST analysis and scenario forecasting tools to assess the strategic prospects of enterprises in new economic conditions are investigated. The feasibility of integrating digital technologies and analytical platforms into the strategic management process to increase the efficiency of decision-making is substantiated. A mechanism for diagnosing the strategic development of enterprises has been defined, which is based on a comprehensive analysis of external and internal factors and an assessment of the level of innovation of the business model.
