APPLICATION OF RECORDS IN PERSONNEL EVALUATION IN PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION

Abstract

This article presents the importance of the application of record keeping when evaluating personnel in personnel administration. Few approaches and a personnel evaluation system were found in personnel administration, as well as: evaluation of candidates for a vacant position (analysis of questionnaire data, obtaining references about the employee from the previous place of work, conducting an interview, test period, etc.) and periodic, ongoing assessment of the organization's employees (assessment of work results and factors that determine the degree of achievement of these results; analysis of the dynamics of labor productivity over a certain period of time, as well as the dynamics of conditions affecting the result). It was found out that a properly constructed personnel evaluation system has a positive effect on the motivation of employees, increasing productivity and quality of work, planning professional development and career, improving qualification characteristics, making personnel decisions about remuneration, promotion and dismissal. It was noted that documenting the appointment, content, order and procedure of evaluation contributes to the effective organization of employee evaluation, ensuring the objectivity of its results, improving feedback, and increasing the responsibility of managers and other evaluation subjects for the timeliness and quality of prepared documents. The list of documents used in personnel evaluation was determined (provisions on personnel evaluation; order issued by the head of the enterprise on personnel evaluation; evaluation schedules; evaluation commission meeting plan; evaluation commission meeting protocol, evaluation sheet and evaluation forms (questionnaires, letters, feedback, characteristics) and other. Considerable attention was paid to the provision on personnel evaluation, which establishes the rules and regulates the procedure for conducting the evaluation of the company's employees. It was found that the regulation should be developed by personnel service employees and should comply with the basic principles of personnel policy, the current personnel management system and personnel administration in general.
