HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT OF THE AGRICULTURAL SPHERE
Abstract
The purpose of writing the article is to study the features of human resource management in the agricultural sector. For the effective functioning and development of the enterprise it is necessary to constantly improve the skills of employees – the most important element of human resources. The employee of a modern enterprise must think strategically, be educated, cultured and quickly adapt to changing environmental conditions. The results of many modern enterprises and their experience of principles and methods of working with staff show that the formation of production teams capable of highly productive work and ensuring a high level of professionalism and skills are crucial factors in the efficiency of agro-industrial production and competitiveness of agricultural products. The complexity and unresolved problem of the formation and state of human resources in the field of agriculture in modern economic conditions is of particular importance. The article substantiates the need to highlight the features of human resources management of the agricultural sector. The main problems of the personnel potential of the agrarian sphere are revealed, the main reasons for which are the lack of proper material remuneration for work, the loss of prestige of the professions of agricultural workers. The necessary condition for the development of an effective mechanism for managing the human resources of the agricultural sector has been identified. Extremely relevant is the issue of organizing the continuous development of staff, the placement of the employee in conditions where all his potential is realized, the ability to influence the results of the entire enterprise. Competent management of human resources of the enterprise allows to increase indicators of labor productivity and, consequently, efficiency of work of all enterprise, and also promotes strengthening of its competitive positions. In general, wages in agriculture are low compared to other economic activities. This damages the reputation of agricultural organizations and weakly stimulates young professionals in agriculture.
