PECULIARITIES OF FORMING THE TRANSFER POTENTIAL OF TRADE ENTERPRISES
Abstract
Transfer potential is an important element of a trading company's business strategy, which significantly affects its competitiveness. Features of the formation of the transfer potential of trade enterprises may vary depending on the level of their globalization and the presence of international business operations. The formation of the transfer potential of trade enterprises differs from the formation of the transfer potential of enterprises of other industries from the point of view of the process-structural approach. The article presents and substantiates the main features of the formation of the transfer potential of trade enterprises. It is proven that the formation of transfer potential can have specific features depending on the industry and the type of activity of the enterprise, namely: high-quality basic education and skills, the availability of personnel reserves, the ability to innovate, the development of intercultural communication, support from trading enterprises, the use of modern technologies, internal examination and development of professional standards. The formation of the transfer potential of trade enterprises requires the development of specific strategies that reflect the peculiarities of this industry, such as a wide range of goods and services, the need for rapid circulation of working capital, instability of demand, etc. The process of forming the transfer potential of trade enterprises should be focused on improving the efficiency of operations and maximizing profits, as well as ensuring the satisfaction of consumer needs. Considering the specifics of trade business, the process of formation of transfer potential should be flexible and fast in order to quickly respond to changes in demand and market conditions. In general, the formation of transfer potential is an important element of the successful operation of any trade enterprise, regardless of its industry and type of activity. For this, it is necessary to have an effective system of interaction and communication with partners and consumers, develop internal expert potential and use modern information technologies.
