ECOLOGIZATION OF A QUALITY MANAGEMENT OF BUSINESS PROCESSES AT AN ENTERPRISE

Abstract

The article examines the historical stages of the development of quality management. 1900-1940 – the stage of quality control – distinct feature of which is the emergence of conveyor production, therefore in quality management there was a need to control the quality of manufactured products. 1940-1980 – stage of quality management – statistical sampling methods of quality control became widespread, the emergence of quality management systems. 1980-1990 – the stage of quality management in accordance with the requirements of international standards – the active development of quality management at the international level, the appearance of ISO 9000 series standards for quality management systems. 1990-2010 – the stage of general quality management TQM – as an approach to management of the organization, which is based on building a corporate culture of the enterprise aimed at high quality. 2010 – to date – the stage of environmentalization of quality management. The greening of quality management aims to satisfy the demands of the consumer, who believes that quality products and business processes of their production and sale should be ethical, ecological and such that do not harm the environment. Greening of quality management involves the transformation of management elements (subjects, objects, principles, functions, methods, tools) to ensure the ecological focus of business processes of creating high-quality and environmentally friendly products. Greening of quality management implies the presence of interrelationship and interdependence of quality management with the fulfillment of requirements for environmental safety of quality products and their production process. At the same time, the merging of quality management with production greening methods is taking place, which aim to produce quality products, treat production resources with care, satisfy the requirements of all stakeholders, including consumers, shareholders, the company's own personnel, state bodies and local communities, etc. To date, no enterprise that does not aim at high quality products and greening the process of its creation can count on success in business.
