СУЧАСНІ ТЕНДЕНЦІЇ УПРАВЛІННЯ ЗАКЛАДАМИ ОХОРОНИ ЗДОРОВ’Я: АНАЛІЗ СВІТОВОГО ДОСВІДУ
Анотація
У статті аналізуються сучасні тенденції управління закладами охорони здоров’я на основі світового досвіду. Визначено ключові напрямки розвитку медичних установ, зокрема діджиталізацію, впровадження штучного інтелекту, телемедицину та електронні медичні записи. Розглянуто концепцію пацієнтоорієнтованого підходу та значення сталого розвитку, включаючи екологічні аспекти функціонування медичних закладів. Особливу увагу приділено фінансовій ефективності, аутсорсингу та міжнародному співробітництву. Визначено перспективи імплементації світових практик в Україні для підвищення ефективності системи охорони здоров’я у повоєнний період. Зроблено висновок, що впровадження сучасних тенденцій управління закладами охорони здоров’я сприяє підвищенню якості медичних послуг, розширенню доступу до лікування, оптимізації фінансування та розвитку кадрового потенціалу.
