FEATURES OF USING MODERN MANAGEMENT TECHNOLOGIES IN THE FIELD OF TOURISM

Abstract

Unfavorable conditions and fierce competition among domestic tourism enterprises increasingly require the introduction of modern management methods. The objective reaction of tourism enterprises to the dynamics of socio-economic change is the application of the approach to management, the main determinant of which is the focus on management technologies as a set of mutually agreed operations aimed at achieving business goals. Management of modern technologies can provide prompt and adequate response to changes in the external environment and internal state of tourism enterprises, which will coordinate the interaction of units and increase the degree of coordination of operations, reduce costs, improve productivity and customer service. The introduction of management technologies in the field of tourism involves the organizational development of the enterprise, which means a gradual process of qualitative change in order to more effectively adapt to the requirements of technology and the market. Choosing the direction of organizational development and positioning in the creation of an enterprise in the tourism industry is a responsible task, the solution of which should lead to the creation of a viable and efficient business. Tourism companies using modern management technologies focused on the implementation of projects to develop new tourism products, new approaches to marketing activities that affect not only the company but also other market participants, develop a culture of consumption, innovate in customer service, thereby contributing to the development of the tourism industry as a whole. Within the framework of such technologies flexible forms of employment are developed, reengineering of business processes, outsourcing becomes necessary, the practice of introducing elements of the game into the process of designing a tourist product is spreading, the client is given the opportunity to design tourist products using templates. The article substantiates the process of management of hotel and restaurant and tourism enterprises on the basis of the introduction of modern management technologies. The advantages of such a mechanism, which allows to involve experienced specialists specializing in a certain field of activity, as well as features of such technologies as a management tool that facilitates its implementation in the activities of tourism and hotel and restaurant enterprises.
