WAYS OF FORMING THE ANTI-CRISIS POLICY OF THE ENTERPRISE

Abstract

The article examines modern approaches to the formation of anti-crisis policy of an enterprise under conditions of economic instability, increasing competition, and changes in the business environment. The relevance of the study is determined by the need for enterprises to adapt quickly to crisis situations caused by financial, organizational, and external economic factors. The purpose of the study is to determine the main directions of forming an effective anti-crisis policy and to substantiate the importance of anti-crisis management in ensuring stable enterprise activity. The research is based on methods of analysis, comparison, generalization, and systematization, which made it possible to identify the causes of crisis situations and determine effective ways of preventing and overcoming them. The study identifies the main stages of anti-crisis policy formation, including diagnostics of enterprise activity, risk assessment, development and implementation of anti-crisis measures, and monitoring of management decisions. Particular attention is paid to the role of strategic planning, financial monitoring, and digital technologies in increasing enterprise adaptability to external changes. It has been established that the use of CRM systems, automated management tools, and information technologies contributes to improving management efficiency and strengthening the competitive position of enterprises. The practical significance of the study lies in the possibility of applying the proposed approaches in enterprise activities in order to improve financial stability, minimize risks, and ensure long-term development. The research also emphasizes the importance of effective communication between management and employees during the implementation of anti-crisis measures. It is proved that a comprehensive combination of strategic management, financial control, resource optimization, innovative approaches, and modern forecasting methods allows enterprises to respond more effectively to external and internal threats. The obtained results can be used by managers in developing anti-crisis strategies and improving enterprise competitiveness in unstable economic conditions.
