ANALYSIS OF THEORETICAL APPROACHES TO THE DEFINITION OF THE CONCEPT «FINANCIAL SECURITY OF ENTERPRISE»
Abstract
Annotation. In recent years, the number of challenges for enterprises has increased significantly due to the rapid development of globalization, digitalization, informatization and the emergence of new types of viruses. Therefore, ensuring financial security is a key task of managers and owners of enterprises of all forms of ownership, as it impacts on the further development and financial stability of the enterprise. The purpose of the scientific article is to systematize scientific approaches to determine the essence of the category "financial security of the enterprise" and refine their classification according to the content of the formation. Method or methodology of the work. The methodological basis of the study were the works of domestic scientists, who reveal the conceptual and categorical apparatus on financial security of the enterprise. The method of comparative analysis and the method of content analysis of scientists' works were used in the study. Results of the study. In the study, scientific approaches to the definition of "financial security of the enterprise" were analyzed and systematized, their features were highlighted. Based on the results of the study, the authors proposed a refined classification of approaches to identifying the essence of the definition of "financial security of the enterprise" according to the content of the formation. It includes the following approaches: strategic approach; resource-functional approach; system approach; protective approach; integrated approach; management approach. Scope of practical application of the results. The obtained results have significant practical value and can be used by owners or managers of companies to improve enterprise development policy and increase the efficiency of its management. Conclusions. The authors conclude that in the modern economic literature there are many approaches that define the essence of the concept of "financial security of the enterprise", due to its many aspects and complexity. But most of these approaches are very similar and differ only in the number of approaches given by different authors.
