ADAPTIVE MODEL OF ECONOMIC SUPPORT OF BUSINESS PRO-CESSES OF FINANCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL COMPANIES
Abstract
The article provides a theoretical justification of the adaptive model of economic support for business processes of financial and industrial companies in the context of economic transformation, digitalization and increased macroe-conomic turbulence. It is substantiated that the economic support for business processes of financial and industrial companies should be considered as a comprehensive system of coordination of financial resources, investment flows and budget mechanisms, digital analytical tools, aimed at coordinating strate-gic, tactical and operational decisions within the process architecture of com-panies. A three-level architecture of the adaptive model of economic support for business processes of financial and industrial companies is proposed by introducing innovative Fintech technologies into the system of financial plan-ning, budgeting, coordination of investment risks and monitoring of operations in order to adapt corporate structures to long-term sustainability in an unsta-ble macroeconomic environment.
