CUSTOMER-ORIENTED APPROACH TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF EDUCATIONAL SERVICES USING INCLUSIVE MEDIA TECHNOLOGIES
Abstract
The aim of the study is to identify the specific features of developing client-oriented educational services through the use of inclusive media technologies. The relevance of the topic lies in the fact that neglecting the needs of diverse user groups, particularly people with disabilities, restricts access to quality education, leads to their exclusion from active participation in the educational process, and contradicts the principles of social justice. In the context of digital transformation of education and the growing demand for accessible learning, it is important to implement innovative media technologies that are capable of addressing the diverse needs of all participants in the educational process, especially those with special educational needs. At the same time, inclusive approaches ensure not only technical accessibility but also a supportive environment that promotes motivation, creativity, and a sense of belonging among learners. The research methodology involves analyzing current practices of implementing inclusive media technologies in educational institutions, as well as studying international experience in applying a client-oriented approach in digital learning. The findings indicate that inclusive digital media technologies significantly enhance the effectiveness of the educational process, promote the development of self-regulation and interpersonal interaction skills, and ensure equal opportunities for all consumers of educational services. It is determined that the integration of inclusive media practices into digital education is one of the key factors in improving the quality of learning and fostering a sustainable educational ecosystem. Moreover, inclusive media technologies contribute to reducing educational inequality, support lifelong learning, and create conditions in which every individual, regardless of their personal characteristics, can realize their potential and actively participate in academic and professional communities. The study highlights the importance of collaboration between educators, policymakers, and technology developers in order to design innovative tools and solutions that reflect the values of diversity and equality. Such practices will improve educational outcomes and strengthen social cohesion, encourage innovation, and promote the development of a knowledge-based society.
