THE ESSENCE OF THE QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS AND FACTORS AFFECTING THE QUALITY MANAGEMENT PROCESS IN AGRICULTURE

Abstract

It emphasizes the crucial role of quality management systems in ensuring stable production of high-quality agricultural products while highlighting the importance of quality control mechanisms that prevent contamination and enhance food safety. The study explores the impact of quality management systems on food security, detailing various control mechanisms and methodologies that minimize risks associated with product contamination and non-compliance with safety standards. Additionally, the article characterizes the key stages of implementing quality management systems in agriculture, including standardization, monitoring, certification, and compliance with international quality assurance practices. Special attention is given to modern research, innovative approaches, and technological advancements that contribute to maintaining high agricultural product quality.
