FEATURES OF IMPLEMENTING THE PRODUCTION PLAN IN REAL BUSINESS IN THE BORDER TERRITORIES OF UKRAINE

Abstract

The relevance of this topic is due to the difficult geopolitical and economic situation in Ukraine, especially in the border areas that are directly affected by the war. Manufacturing enterprises in these regions face unprecedented challenges that require rapid adaptation, flexible management and non-standard approaches to doing business. Martial law significantly affects the manufacturing sector, disrupting logistics chains due to hostilities, blocking transport routes and imposed restrictions on transportation. This leads to the loss of suppliers, reduction of production capacities, shortage of raw materials and threats to the physical safety of workers. The peculiarities of the border region add new difficulties, in particular, complicated access to international markets, the need to adapt to changed trade corridors and specific state regulations of business in wartime. In these circumstances, enterprises are forced to quickly find ways to survive and develop. Diversification of suppliers, automation of production processes, digitalization of management and transition to flexible production models are becoming important strategies. Access to new markets, cooperation with international partners, attraction of foreign investments and state support are becoming increasingly important. Despite numerous difficulties, war also opens up new opportunities. Manufacturing enterprises can use state and international support programs, establish ties with neighboring countries and actively integrate into global economic processes. Expanding exports, developing new niches and introducing innovative technologies are becoming not only a way to preserve business, but also an opportunity for its development. In addition to the economic component, the social aspect of enterprises' activities plays an extremely important role. They not only provide jobs and support the regional economy, but also participate in humanitarian initiatives, helping the population and the military. In addition, manufacturing enterprises contribute to the creation of strategic reserves of products necessary for both defense and humanitarian needs, which is an important factor in national security.
