DEVELOPMENT OF COOPERATIVE PROCESSES IN AGRICULTURE
Abstract
Summarizing the views of scientists, it has been proven that cooperation is a form of work organization in which a significant number of people jointly participate in one or different but interconnected work processes. The development of agricultural cooperatives is characterized by instability, a low level of competitiveness of products produced by the cooperative sector. Changes in the dynamics of increasing the production of agricultural crops in Ukraine are analyzed. The general principles of cooperation and integration processes, which testify to the transformation and convergence of the studied forms of division of labor, are substantiated. Considering the available resource potential, the state cannot independently ensure the further development of economic and other activities of cooperatives with the aim of increasing material well-being. It is proved that cooperation as a cooperation of all branches of the cooperative movement needs a single main center that will expand opportunities and prospects for comprehensive development of the organizational and economic mechanism of functioning of the country's agro-industrial production. In a practical and scientific sense, the understanding of the essence of cooperation was formed in the process of institutionalization of the principles of joint interaction of people, the development of society, and the economic system. A promising direction of further scientific research has been determined - the development of an internal regulatory economic mechanism for the development and management of cooperation, taking into account world experience. It has been proven that the regulatory economic mechanism of entrepreneurial activity will be able to ensure efficiency, competitiveness and prompt adaptation of agricultural production to new business conditions in the current difficult financial and economic situation. A promising direction of further research is the construction of new forms of cooperation, the internal economic mechanism of management methods and the systematic use of resources in the restoration of the cooperative movement. The most important restraining factors and problems that must be solved for the successful development of agricultural cooperation in Ukraine are highlighted. The main reasons that restrain the development of cooperation in the agricultural sector of the economy of Ukraine have been determined.
