STATUS, PROBLEMS OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF SERVICE COOPERATION IN AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION
Abstract
Scientific substantiation of the theoretical and methodological foundations of the formation and development of cooperative relations was carried out. The work demonstrates the dynamics of changes over the past 22 years regarding the number of registered agricultural service cooperatives in Ukraine. The advantages and disadvantages of service cooperation have been studied and analyzed. The main trends in the formation and development of service cooperation in the field of agro-industrial production of the country have been revealed. The authors prove that the "agricultural service cooperative" is a means of self-organization of rural commodity producers, as a form of group action of individuals or legal entities that jointly participate in the same production process. It has been proven that significant changes in the situation in agro-industrial production can be made by combining the efforts of raw material producers, processing and sales industries, trade, financial and service structures. State regulation of agro-industrial production consists in ensuring: efficiency and competitiveness of production. It has been proved that the organizational and economic mechanism of the functioning of the agricultural service cooperative in the agro-industrial production of Ukraine is a promising direction for further scientific research. The necessity of creating the appropriate conditions for the development of the agricultural service cooperative and the perspective of its further development in the agro-industrial production of Ukraine is emphasized. The economic viability of the creation of all supply and service cooperatives has been confirmed. It has been proven that the full-service cooperative is a powerful system that organically combines all forms of the multi-system national economy of Ukraine into a single whole. It has been proven that the psychological factor plays an important role in the creation of an agricultural service cooperative, thereby emphasizing that each potential member must make a personal financial contribution to the creation of the cooperative. It has been proven that at the stage of transformations aimed at the introduction of market mechanisms to strengthen the service sector, it is expedient to intensify the development of the agricultural service cooperative as a means of solving the problems of the members of the cooperative. Overcoming existing problems is possible if funds and efforts are pooled, namely: support product manufacturers; taking on the issues of processing and sales of products; supply and repair of equipment; execution of other works at favorable prices for the founders.
