Abstract

The corporate culture determines the way of companies develop in the field of personnel management. The essence of corporate culture is a specific form of existence of an interdependent system, which includes a hierarchy of values that dominate among the organization's employees and a set of methods of their implementation that prevail in it at a certain stage of development. The corporate culture makes it possible to solve two key problems: to establish optimal relations of the enterprise with the external environment (external adaptation) and to promote stable and productive work of personnel on a partnership basis (internal integration). The national mentality is an important factor and a basic category in the formation of corporate culture. Depending on the national mentality and the structures embedded in it, there can be various manifestations of the economic mentality in the attitude to work. An opinion difference on the solution to organizational issues due to national peculiarities can lead to both a decrease in the economic efficiency of the enterprise and to the termination of the organization's activities. In this article, we analyzed mental paradigms of attitude to work. On the basis of Hostede-Shein's Integrated model of corporate culture, we conducted a survey of the level of development of organizations’ corporate culture with foreign capital using the questionnaire method. As a result, it was established that corporate culture plays a significant role in influencing the efficiency and productivity of the company's activities. A positive internal corporate climate among the company's employees contributes to the growth of employees' motivation to perform tasks. Understanding the goals and tasks (mission) of the company's activities can increase the quality of the performance of these tasks. Also, awareness of the ultimate goals of the company's activities is an effective tool for increasing trust in the company's management. At the same time, informal corporate events (joint trips, involvement of employees in the corporate sports team, etc.) have a positive effect on the cohesion of the labor team and strengthen the interaction of employees in the process of completing tasks. As a basis for creating and establishing interaction in the team, corporate culture is a driving factor in increasing the economic efficiency of the company's activities. Also, it was found that the corporate culture has a direct connection with the individual vision of the career development of the employees. At the same time, individual development is often considered as an integral element of the collective growth and development of the company.
