ORGANIZATIONAL EXCELLENCE MODEL FOR HIGH-TECH ORGANIZATION MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
Abstract
The article is devoted to topical issues of applying the EFQM model of organizational excellence in the theory and practice of managing high-tech organizations, namely aerospace enterprises. The purpose of the article is to study the features of the application of the excellence model of the European Foundation for Quality Management EFQM at high-tech enterprises of the space industry and to highlight the connection between the enterprise (organization) model and the organization evaluation model. To achieve the objectives of the article, dialectical, systematic, observation research methods, text research methods were used. The essence of the categories organization model, excellence organization model, organization assessment model and their relationship at the philosophical and organizational and economic level are revealed. The specifics of the activities of modern aerospace enterprises are analyzed based on their strategic components and structure. The concept of the space industry enterprise is defined. The relationship between the organization model and the organization evaluation model is schematically developed. Problems of applying the organization assessment model and ways to overcome it are highlighted. The proposed assessment of the effectiveness of the organizational structure of the enterprise (organization) according to a set of indicators. The conducted analysis of the performance of international aerospace companies and organizations that applied the EFQM model of organizational excellence made it possible to define this model as an expression of a mental plan, a source of strength, uniqueness, which ensures a harmonious exchange of energies that accompany material and information flows between the components of the organization, showing their interdependence and interconnectedness, allows you to see further and penetrate deeper in the implementation of the assigned tasks. The realized model of excellence within the framework of the EFQM excellence model for the space industry enterprise is a unique method of creating an organization with sustainable values, where transformational processes are successfully implemented in accordance with the requirements of the time. The development of integral performance indicators of space industry enterprises in accordance with international accounting standards and the requirements of the EFQM model and their further use in ERP systems of enterprises requires further research.
