STRATEGY OF INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF THE ENTERPRISE

Abstract

In the conditions of the accelerated integration of Ukraine into the European Union, modern economic trends demonstrate the objective necessity of forming an innovative strategy for the development of the enterprise as a prerequisite for its survival in a global competitive environment. Achievement of competitive advantages is ensured to a greater extent by innovation-oriented enterprises. Innovations introduced at the enterprise are able to penetrate at various levels into production processes and provide the most objective and comprehensive assessment of its activity. In the context of substantiating and choosing an enterprise's innovation strategy, innovation is directly related to change management in its activities. The enterprise may find itself in a crisis if it cannot predict the changing circumstances and react to them in time. One of the key tasks of the enterprise is the justification of the innovative development strategy. The priority of solving this task is determined by: the dynamics of changes occurring in the changing external environment in which the enterprise operates; the need to make effective and optimal decisions in conditions of limited resources and the variety of methods and approaches to the evaluation and selection of innovative projects. Summarizing the results of the research, it should be emphasized that the main stages of the transformation of the complex of innovative directions in LLC «Production trading company MARYAN» are preparatory, research, formation of an innovative strategy and its implementation. The innovative development of LLC «Production trading company MARYAN» is ensured by the implementation of innovative scientific and technical developments that ensure leadership in the production of meat products. The application of the strategy of innovative development of LLC «Production trading company MARYAN» will allow to improve the range of meat products and increase their quality, as well as the use of prices that satisfy consumer demand for products. Taking this into account, the coefficient of efficiency of innovative development of the enterprise by 2023 compared to 2020 will increase by 0.31 points and will be 1.87.
