OPTIMIZATION OF THE LOGISTICS NETWORK OF RADYVILYVMOLOKO LLC ON THE BASIS OF A RESEARCH OF THE MILK AND DAIRY PRODUCTS MARKET IN WARTIME CONDITIONS

Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the state of the milk and dairy products market in Ukraine, the search for ways of perspective development of this market in wartime, and the selection of alternative sales markets. After the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, some domestic producers of milk and dairy products were forced to suspend their operations or reduce production due to logistical problems that arose. Selection of sales markets and reorientation of logistics through blocked ports is one of the problems of manufacturers. Accordingly, a list of problems with the provision of dairy products and the needs of the dairy sector of the domestic market was formed. An analysis of the dynamics of the cattle population, changes in the volume of milk production and processing in Ukraine was carried out. New promising markets for the sale of Ukrainian products have been studied. The dairy supply chain is the sequence of processes and information that ensure the delivery of products from suppliers to the consumer through production and distribution. The goal of supply chain management is to maximize the total value created by the supply chain. There was a need to determine the main indicators for evaluating the effectiveness of supply chains: serviceability, efficiency, flexibility. Having analyzed the three vectors of the supply chain for the criteria of evaluating operational activity, the following factors should be mentioned: quality, terms of supply, time of the order cycle, losses. Indicators of the efficiency of supply chains are given and it is justified why such an indicator as time, namely the efficiency of supply, takes the first place in the conditions of war. Regarding the supply of milk and dairy products, which have a short shelf life, they require special storage and transportation conditions, therefore there is a need to shorten the supply chain, combining the performance of work between many performers in terms of time, the cost of raw materials and resources, and automation of processes. This can be achieved with the help of network graphs, which display the processes of procurement, production and sales of products. The search for ways to optimize the supply chain should be carried out through the improvement of procurement, production, supply and transportation systems. The article proposed optimization of the logistics chain using the dairy product supply schedule using the example of Radyvylivmoloko LLC to reduce costs and shorten the time of the supply process by improving the company's logistics systems.
