NEW REALITIES OF EXPORT-IMPORT TRANSACTIONS IN THE COMMON TRANSIT MODE (NCTS): DIFFICULTIES AND PROSPECTS FOR DOMESTIC ENTITIES OF THE EZ
Abstract
The article found out that the transformation of the market environment towards the activation of foreign economic activity between domestic enterprises and foreign partners involves the implementation of such tasks as opening up the country's economy, increasing the power of the non-state sector, and filling the domestic market with goods. Therefore, the level of economic development of any country is affected by the intensity of integration into the global market at each stage of economic activity of domestic enterprises. The purpose of the article is to analyze the problems and prospects of implementing export-import operations in the mode of common transit (NCTS) for domestic subjects of foreign economic activity. The theoretical and methodological basis for the realization of the research goal is the use of such general scientific and special scientific methods as: analysis and synthesis – for detailing the research object; generalization – to reveal the theoretical and methodological foundations of export-import operations in the mode of joint transit; comparative method and systematization – to study the current domestic experience of export-import transactions; system method – to reveal the conceptual foundations of export-import operations in the mode of joint transit; method of generalization – when characterizing the expected impact of export-import operations in the mode of joint transit on the activities of domestic subjects of foreign economic activity; abstract logical method – for theoretical generalization and formulation of conclusions. In the course of the study, the objectives of regulation of foreign economic activity in Ukraine were singled out. The elements of the modern complex system of activation of sales of goods on the world market are highlighted. The main indicators of Ukraine's foreign trade were analyzed and it was found that during the analyzed period, the vast majority of indicators have an upward trend. Information on partner countries in foreign trade in goods was also evaluated. The order developed by the Ministry of Finance was analyzed and it was determined that it is the next step for Ukraine to join the Convention on the common transit procedure. The problems and prospects of implementation of NCTS (New Computerized Transit System), which is used to control transit operations of goods under customs control, are outlined. The practical value of the article lies in the fact that the results of the study can be used in the course of the development of the state in the new realities of implementing export-import operations in the mode of common transit (NCTS).
