MAIN DIRECTIONS OF THE FORMATION OF THE INTEGRATED SYSTEM OF ECONOMIC SECURITY OF THE COUNTRY
Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of topical issues of the formation of an integrated system of economic security of Ukraine in modern conditions. It was determined that the effective functioning of the economic security system is possible only if the impact of all threats and dangers that may arise in the course of economic activity is taken into account in the economic security model. This means that individual elements related to environmental, political, social and other types of security fully function only within the framework of a single integrated risk response system. It has been investigated that the formation of such an integrated system is an objective necessity of today and requires the creation of a relevant body within the state administration apparatus, which will deal with the monitoring of these threats and their management on the basis of risk management. The application of specialized mathematical models for the management of risks and threats to the economic security of the state is substantiated. The specificity of the modern stage of the formation of economic security systems lies in the practical impossibility of their functioning as separate elements unrelated to other aspects of state security regulation, which reflect the sphere of social protection, environmental security, political risks and threats, etc. As practice shows, all these elements are quite strongly connected with each other, and the dangers characteristic of one sphere definitely have an impact on the adjacent one. For example, social tension in society is directly related to the economic support of the disabled population, the consequence of which is the generation of socio-economic risks, which must be taken into account both when forming plans to avoid threats in the economic sphere and in the sphere of social protection. Thus, the systemic combination of the negative impact of risks on the general security of the state requires the formation of specialized security systems that could sufficiently effectively respond to such threats and provide opportunities to avoid or differentiate these risks in accordance with the approved plan of measures for economic security in general.
