MANAGEMENT OF BIOGAS PRODUCTION FROM WASTE OF AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES AND HOUSEHOLDS

Abstract

The purpose of the article is to develop measures to improve the management of biogas production from agricultural and household waste. In the research process, general scientific research methods are applied: monographic - analysis of the work of scientists on the subject of the research, which will allow establishing cause-and-effect relationships of the development of phenomena and processes that occur in the waste management system of enterprises and households and to identify innovative and progressive ways of solving existing problems problems through biogas production; deductive - during the theoretical understanding of the problem and clarification of individual concepts; economic analysis - when collecting, systematizing and processing information on the generation and management of waste of various origins and types in Ukraine. The production capacities for biogas production in Ukraine were analyzed and it was determined that as of 2022, 61 biogas production enterprises are operating in Ukraine, within which 50 biogas reactors are operating. The main problems faced by biogas producers are identified, namely the instability of the composition of waste, low methane concentration, high level of manufacturability and investment in production, etc. It is determined that understanding these problems and careful planning can help develop strategies to solve them and ensure the successful operation of biogas production. It was determined that the improvement of modern technologies and the development of artificial intelligence will significantly improve the management scheme of bioenergy clusters focused on biogas production. It was established that it is expedient to implement an automated system based on artificial intelligence to redistribute responsibility for the delivery of by-products and organic waste to the biogas complex. It was determined that the improvement of management of the development of biogas production from agricultural and household waste should be aimed at the creation of bioenergy clusters and the integration of artificial intelligence tools into their system in order to optimize technological processes and develop the state support system, taking into account the experience of EU countries. It was determined that improving the management of biogas production can be ensured by: creating bioenergy clusters on the basis of territorial communities with the integration of artificial intelligence into the waste collection and processing system; implementation of Germany's experience in the field of supporting the creation of biogas plants; development of technologies for biogas production using automated waste collection and processing management systems.
