STRATEGIC DIRECTIONS OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF GRAIN ENTERPRISES
Abstract
As a result of the study, it was determined that the purpose of strategic management of grain stocks at agricultural enterprises is: maximization of profit due to the storage of grain stocks; maximization of satisfaction of consumer needs with available grain stocks; minimization of total logistics costs due to the storage of grain stocks. The subject of the study is the process of managing the development of grain enterprises. The theoretical and methodological basis of the research was the methods of observation, comparison, analysis and synthesis, modeling of economic phenomena, fundamental works of domestic and foreign economists in the field of managing the strategic development of agrarian formations. In accordance with the chosen goal, the strategic goals of logistical management of grain stocks at agricultural enterprises should be: providing production needs with seed and fodder grain with minimal costs; maximization of profit from the sale of commodity grain. It was determined that the main strategic directions of the development of grain enterprises in the conditions of martial law should be: the formation of strategic reserves of grain oriented to their own processing to provide the local population with cheap and high-quality food products; development of grant programs aimed at issuing funds to agrarian formations that plan to carry out grain processing (production of cereals, pasta products, etc.); state subsidies for the creation of land reclamation systems to improve the quality of grain products; implementation of scientifically based crop rotations on farms; development of cooperation with distilleries for the sale of grains for processing. The practical significance and scientific novelty of the work is that the theoretical conclusions and proposals made in it can be used as directions for ensuring the competitiveness of agricultural enterprises. As a result, it can be noted that the process of managing the company's strategic development as part of the general direction of the company's development is based on the adoption of specific management decisions. It is for the purpose of determining the directions and means of achieving strategic goals that the appropriate development strategy of the enterprise is formed.
