ФОРМУВАННЯ МОТИВАЦІЙНОГО ПОТЕНЦІАЛУ ПРОЄКТНОГО МЕНЕДЖЕРА В ПРОЄКТНО-ОРІЄНТОВАНИХ ОРГАНІЗАЦІЯХ
Анотація
Стаття присвячена дослідженню теоретичних та прикладних аспектів формування мотиваційного потенціалу проєктних менеджерів у проєктно-орієнтованих організаціях. Встановлено домінуючу роль внутрішніх мотиваторів, зокрема змістовності роботи, автономії, професійного розвитку, самореалізації та залученості. Доведено, що організаційне середовище, стиль лідерства, HR-практики розвитку, психологічна безпека команди та система зворотного зв’язку є важливими чинниками підтримки мотивації. Розроблено авторську структуру мотиваційних факторів та концептуальну модель мотиваційного потенціалу, що об’єднує особистісні, командні, організаційні та фінансово-гігієнічні мотиватори. Запропонована модель є теоретичною основою для подальшого емпіричного оцінювання мотиваційного потенціалу проєктних менеджерів у проєктно-орієнтованих організаціях.
