ЕКОНОМІЧНА РЕЗИЛЬЄНТНІСТЬ ЄВРОПЕЙСЬКОГО СОЮЗУ: РОЛЬ АГРАРНОЇ ПОЛІТИКИ
Анотація
У статті проаналізовано аграрну політику Європейського Союзу яка виступає ключовим інструментом для забезпечення економічної резильєнтності країн в умовах глобальних викликів. Визначено сутність економічної резильєнтності, як здатність країни протистояти глобальним викликам та зовнішнім загрозам. Розглянуто дослідження науковців, які визначали, що резильєнтність має два основних компоненти, такі як зміни в інфраструктурі та впровадження нової економічної політики. Проаналізовано, наскільки країни-члени ЄС залежні від субсидій, що ефективно забезпечують стійкість агросектору. Визначено, що САП еволюціонує від протекціоністської моделі до комплексної системи, яка поєднує економічні, соціальні та екологічні цілі. Зроблено висновок, що економічна стійкість ЄС залежить від здатності поєднувати внутрішні інтереси з глобальною відповідальністю, а стабільність із гнучкістю у відповідь на нові виклики.
