ДОСВІД КИТАЮ У РЕФОРМУВАННІ СМАРТ-ЕКОНОМІКИ: МІЖНАРОДНІ ДЕТЕРМІНАНТИ РОЗВИТКУ ТА МОЖЛИВОСТІ ДЛЯ УКРАЇНИ
Анотація
Смарт-економіка є ключовим вектором сучасного економічного розвитку, що визначає конкурентоспроможність країн у глобальному середовищі. Мета статті полягає у дослідженні досвіду Китаю у формуванні та реформуванні смарт-економіки, визначенні ролі міжнародних чинників її розвитку та окресленні можливостей адаптації цього досвіду для України. Методологія ґрунтується на системному та порівняльному аналізі з використанням міжнародних індексів і статистичних даних провідних організацій. У результаті виявлено, що поєднання внутрішніх і зовнішніх факторів сприяло переходу Китаю від «фабрики світу» до глобального лідера цифрової економіки. Практична цінність дослідження полягає у визначенні напрямів імплементації китайських практик у стратегію цифрової трансформації України для забезпечення стійкого економічного зростання та інтеграції у світовий технологічний простір.
