ПРОЄКТНИЙ МЕНЕДЖМЕНТ У КОНТЕКСТІ СТАЛОГО РОЗВИТКУ ТА ESG-СТРАТЕГІЙ
Анотація
У статті розглянуто роль проєктного менеджменту у реалізації концепції сталого розвитку та впровадження ESG-стратегій (Environmental, Social, Governance) у діяльність сучасних організацій. Досліджено теоретичні засади інтеграції принципів сталого розвитку в систему управління проєктами, а також визначено, як екологічні, соціальні та управлінські фактори впливають на ефективність, репутацію та довгострокову стійкість бізнесу. Показано, що проєктний підхід, орієнтований на ESG-цінності, сприяє формуванню корпоративної відповідальності, розвитку соціального капіталу та зміцненню довіри стейкхолдерів. Особливу увагу приділено трансформації ролі менеджера проєктів у нових управлінських умовах: від виконавця технічних завдань до стратегічного лідера, здатного забезпечувати баланс між економічними результатами, соціальним впливом та екологічною безпекою. Запропоновано підхід до оцінювання ефективності ESG-орієнтованих проєктів з використанням показників екологічної відповідальності, соціальної взаємодії та якості корпоративного управління.
