УПРАВЛІННЯ ТРАНСФОРМАЦІЙНИМИ ПРОЦЕСАМИ НА РИНКУ ПРАЦІ В УМОВАХ ВОЄННИХ ВИКЛИКІВ: ТЕОРІЯ ТА ПРАКТИКА УКРАЇНИ
Анотація
Стаття присвячена актуальним питанням управління трансформаційними процесами на ринку праці України в умовах воєнних викликів. Розроблено теоретико-методологічні засади та комплексну методологію оцінювання трансформаційних процесів з урахуванням глобальних факторів, воєнних викликів та локальних особливостей. Проаналізовано структурні зміни на ринку праці внаслідок повномасштабної війни та систематизовано основні тенденції трансформації. Запропоновано SMAILE-модель та механізми антикризового управління, спрямовані на подолання структурних дисбалансів, забезпечення ефективного перерозподілу трудових ресурсів, адаптацію систем соціального захисту до нових форм зайнятості. Обґрунтовано умови ефективної реалізації запропонованих механізмів в контексті післявоєнного відновлення та євроінтеграції України.
