INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS STRATEGIES OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION IN THE CONDITIONS OF «SOCIETY 5.0»

Abstract

The article examines the specifics of implementing the digital transformation of business processes in the context of the functioning of the "Society 5.0" concept, which is based on the idea of integrating digital technologies into all aspects of society. It was noted that the concept of «Society 5.0» assumes that with the help of innovative technologies, such as the Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, and blockchain, it is possible to increase the efficiency of business processes and improve the quality of products and services. It was emphasized that international digital transformation strategies play an important role in the development of the economy, the competitiveness of enterprises, and the solution to global challenges facing the modern world. It was determined that international business strategies of digital transformation in the conditions of «Society 5.0» have the following features: global scale (digital transformation becomes a global phenomenon, covering not only individual countries but also the entire world market), cultural diversity (taking into account and understanding the cultural differences of each country), technological innovations (international business strategies of digital transformation contribute to the implementation of innovations and the development of new digital solutions that meet the needs of the market of each country), global competition, international partnership and cooperation (the pooling of resources, experience, and innovative knowledge contribute to the implementation of digital projects at the international level). All the listed features require the development of complex and flexible international business strategies for digital transformation, which would take into account the unique characteristics of each market, promote global competitiveness, and contribute to the creation of sustainable and innovative businesses in the context of the «Society 5.0» concept. The article examines the experience of Japan, which proposed the concept of «Society 5.0» as a concept of the society of the future, which is aimed at a reasonable combination of technological progress with improving the quality of people's lives. It was determined that the study of international business strategies of digital transformation in the conditions of «Society 5.0» is important and allows understanding and analyzing the features of these strategies and their impact on the activities of economic entities and the economy of countries.
