ECONOMIC EFFICIENCY OF INNOVATIVE PROCESSES IN TRANSPORT ENTERPRISES IN THE CONDITIONS OF INTELLECTUALIZATION
Abstract
The purpose of the article is to establish and identify the impact of patterns in ensuring the effectiveness of innovation by transport enterprises in terms of intellectualization of the economy. The need to formalize the determinants of ensuring the effectiveness of innovation is provoked by the dynamism of intellectualization. Problems of resource supply and energy efficiency form demands for new materials, transport and related services. Their solution has become the main strategic guidelines for innovative activity of transport enterprises. The authors used methods of generalization and visualization of scientific research to formalize and substantiate research. In the article, the authors consider the concept of innovation and innovation processes. The characteristics and types of innovative processes of the transport enterprise are determined, which include technical, organizational, socially responsible, intellectually innovations in resource supply and energy efficiency. The risks that arise at the stages of innovation processes are studied. Control and analysis of innovation risks allows at each stage of innovation to ensure the preservation of their effectiveness. The authors formalize the main issues and challenges in the implementation of innovations in transport enterprises. The article proposes a system of criteria for the effectiveness of the innovation process in transport enterprises. The main classification groups of criteria for assessing the effectiveness of innovations in transport enterprises include economic, technical and personnel, intellectual and digital and socially oriented. Innovative factors influencing the economic efficiency of transport enterprises include: motivational measures that promote productivity; making changes to the legal framework (incentives); development of innovation infrastructure, which accelerates the development of scientific and technological progress; creating a system of national incentives for innovation and investment.Further research is directed by the authors to formalize the economic and mathematical tools for evaluating efficiency to describe, justify and harmonize indicators, which will implement the applied results and analyze the state of the innovation process in transport enterprises.
