МІЖНАРОДНА ТРУДОВА МІГРАЦІЯ ЯК ФОРМА МІЖНАРОДНОЇ ЕКОНОМІЧНОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ
Анотація
Стаття присвячена дослідженню сучасних глобальних тенденцій розвитку та поширення міжнародної трудової міграції як форми економічної діяльності. Проаналізовані новітні особливості міжнародної міграції трудових ресурсів. Представлена динаміка зміни міграційних процесів у кількісному вираженні, а також розглянуті причини нерівномірності працевлаштування мігрантів за гендерною ознакою. Визначена сучасна географічна спрямованість трудових мігрантів, та особливості галузевого розподілу. Проведено дослідження актуального стану міжнародного ринку праці та оцінка впливу пандемії Covid-19 на процеси міграції робочої сили.
