DIRECTIONS FOR IMPROVING ORGANIZATIONAL AND ECONOMIC PRINCIPLES OF ENERGY CROPS PRODUCTION IN AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES
Abstract
The article scientifically substantiates and develops comprehensive directions for improving the organizational and economic foundations of energy crop production in agricultural enterprises within the context of strengthening energy independence and transitioning to a "green" economy. The purpose of the article is to scientifically validate and develop integrated approaches to improving these organizational and economic principles, which involves forming strategic methods for attracting investment, optimizing logistics processes, and developing mechanisms to stimulate farmers to grow bioenergy raw materials under the conditions of a green economic transition. The methodological basis of the work consists of general scientific and specialized methods, including the dialectical method of cognition for studying the evolution of the bioenergy sector, the system analysis method for investigating logistics and investment processes, and the abstract-logical method for formulating strategic conclusions. The current state of Ukraine's agricultural sector is analyzed, revealing key contradictions between significant resource potential and the low pace of implementing energy-efficient projects due to the high capital intensity of production. Particular attention is paid to financial and credit support as a decisive factor in strategic management, as well as the necessity of digitalizing technological cycles to minimize risks. The paper proposes approaches to attracting investment based on ESG criteria and optimizing logistics chains through the creation of regional bioenergy hubs. It is determined that the synergy of structural restructuring of processing capacities, orientation toward climate standards, and strategic planning can transform the cultivation of energy crops into a highly efficient area of modern agribusiness. It is proven that the integration of energy crops into closed production cycles contributes to achieving climate neutrality and increasing the economic stability of enterprises. The developed mechanisms for stimulating farmers create a methodical basis for the rational use of marginal lands and the sustainable development of the agro-industrial complex in the face of global challenges.
