IMPROVING THE EFFICIENCY OF DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF MANAGEMENT DECISIONS AT SMALL ENTERPRISES

Abstract

The purpose of the article is to provide a comprehensive theoretical justification and practical analysis of innovative teaching methods within the system of training future managers. The study aims to identify key modern development trends and evaluate the effectiveness of these methods when integrated into the educational process of higher education institutions. The study employs a systematic approach to classify and justify the use of active learning methods, including case studies, business simulations, gamification, project-based learning, and blended learning. The research is based on the analysis of educational needs, the integration of digital technologies, and the evaluation of learning outcomes to ensure a competence-based approach. It is scientifically proven that business simulations and gamification allow for modeling complex market processes without financial risk, increasing long-term knowledge retention by 35–40%. The «Flipped Classroom» model transforms the teacher's role into a facilitator, fostering student autonomy and responsibility. The study demonstrates that project-based learning (PBL) is the most effective tool for forming cross-functional competencies by requiring a systemic view of business processes. A conceptual model for implementing these methods is proposed, highlighting three levels of effectiveness: cognitive, behavioral, and strategic. The research identifies significant barriers to modernization, such as the digital literacy of faculty and outdated technical infrastructure, suggesting the creation of university centers for innovative learning to provide methodical support. The implementation of innovative methods is a critical element of an anticipatory training system for managers. These methods not only adapt the educational process to labor market requirements but also develop the «soft skills» and mental flexibility necessary for a competitive advantage in an era of global change. Future research should focus on integrating artificial intelligence, VR/AR technologies, and developing objective metrics for assessing the long-term professional readiness of graduates.
