DIGITAL COMPETITION AS A DRIVER OF CLIENT-ORIENTED STRATEGIES

Abstract

The paper examines digital competition as a pivotal factor in shaping client-oriented business strategies. Utilizing a theoretical framework based on classical, neoclassical, and modern theories of competition, the research explores how digital technologies redefine competitive dynamics and drive businesses to prioritize customer-centric approaches.
