THE ROLE OF COMMUNICATIONS IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT IN MANAGING THE PRODUCT POLICY OF THE ENTERPRISE

Abstract

This article aims to investigate the role of communication in enhancing the efficiency and success of project management processes. The relevance of this topic is grounded in the increasing complexity and dynamic nature of modern projects, which require effective coordination and information sharing among team members to achieve planned objectives and maintain workflow continuity. Considerable attention is paid to the relationship between the effectiveness of communications and the processes of managing the product policy of the enterprise, which involves assortment formation, product life cycle management, and the adaptation of the offering to market needs. The study employs a mixed-methods approach, combining qualitative analysis of communication behaviors with quantitative assessment of their impact on project outcomes. The study examines key communication factors that influence project success by analyzing theoretical frameworks and existing literature on team interactions and project performance. The results demonstrate that clear, timely, and transparent communication positively affects task execution, responsibility distribution, and adherence to project schedules. Additionally, the study highlights the significant role of informal communication channels in strengthening interpersonal relationships, building mutual trust, and creating a supportive team environment. Emotional intelligence of project managers is also identified as a critical factor that improves communication quality, decision-making, and conflict resolution within teams. The practical significance of this research lies in its application for developing effective communication frameworks and leadership practices, which can be tailored to different project types and organizational structures, ultimately improving overall project performance and stakeholder satisfaction. Based on the analysis, it is concluded that communication management is not merely a technical function but a strategic process that should be actively developed throughout all stages of the project lifecycle. The research findings can be applied to the development and optimization of communication frameworks and leadership approaches within both traditional and agile project environments. This contributes to an integrated understanding of communication as a driver of project success across various organizational settings.
