REGIONAL PECULIARITIES OF DESIGNING AND ORGANIZING RECREATIONAL SERVICES IN HOTEL AND RESTAURANT COMPLEXES OF UKRAINE
Abstract
The article is devoted to the topical issues of regional features of the organization of recreational services by hotel and restaurant complexes. The purpose is a comprehensive analysis of regional features that shape approaches to the design and organization of recreational services in hotel and restaurant complexes of Ukraine, taking into account natural, cultural, economic and social aspects, to substantiate the directions of optimization and development of the industry. Despite the challenges (including the full-scale aggression of Russia, which imposes special requirements for security and adaptability), the tourism industry of Ukraine has a huge, not yet fully realized potential. The development of recreational services in hotel and restaurant complexes is one of the main factors of this development. The use of unique regional features (natural resources, cultural heritage, gastronomic traditions, local customs) in the design and organization of recreational services allows you to create a differentiated and competitive tourist product, which is relevant in the fight for tourists. Thus, the relevance of the study is determined both by the strategic importance of the tourism industry for Ukraine and by the need to develop effective, regionally adapted approaches to the formation and promotion of recreational services in the face of growing competition and new challenges. In particular, a set of general scientific research methods was used: the method of analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, comparative analysis, the method of logical generalization, the abstract-logical method. The main features of recreational services, the principles of effective organization of recreational services, as well as the influence of regional features on the organization of recreational services in hotel and restaurant complexes of Ukraine were studied. The results of the study will allow identifying unique regional resources (natural, cultural, historical, gastronomic) and integrating them into a package of recreational services, creating exclusive and attractive offers. Understanding regional features will help to avoid typical mistakes when designing and investing in recreational infrastructure, minimizing the risks of undemanding services.
