DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES TO IMPROVE COMMUNICATION AND INTERACTION IN HYBRID AND REMOTE TEAMS
Abstract
The article addresses the pressing issue of ensuring effective communication in hybrid and remote work formats, which have become widespread due to digitalization, globalization, and the transformation of the labor market. The relevance of the topic stems from the need for organizations to adapt to new challenges associated with spatially dispersed teams, reduced levels of informal interaction, and the necessity of building trust among members of digital teams. The research applies the method of scientific literature analysis, statistical and analytical methods, as well as modeling methods — in particular, for developing an algorithm to improve communication in hybrid and remote teams. Special attention is paid to comparing the effectiveness of various digital tools and communication practices. As a result of the study, key challenges faced by organizations during the transition to hybrid or remote work were identified, and the effectiveness of digital solutions in overcoming these barriers was analyzed. The challenges faced by workers in hybrid and remote teams are investigated. The article recommends to overcome such barriers to introduce structured approaches to the organization of digital communication, in particular, to adapt proven algorithms for improving interaction, taking into account both technical and social aspects. When choosing digital communication tools for business, it is recommended to take into account the ability to grow, integration, security and cost. A structured algorithm for improving communication is proposed, which includes tool selection, establishing communication norms, monitoring interaction quality, and adapting to changes. The importance of personalizing communication strategies is emphasized, taking into account the specific characteristics of the team, its technical capabilities, and cultural context. The research findings have practical significance for team leaders, HR professionals, digital transformation consultants, and organizations aiming to enhance the effectiveness of team interaction in remote environments. The proposed recommendations and algorithm can be adapted to the specific conditions of an enterprise and used to develop an internal digital communication strategy.
