ENVIRONMENTAL ASPECTS OF INNOVATIVE ENTERPRISE MANAGEMENT

Abstract

The purpose of the article is to study the role of environmental aspects in the processes of innovative management of the enterprise for the effective implementation of environmental innovations in production activities and ensuring the sustainable development of economic entities. The research methodology is based on a comprehensive analysis of theoretical and practical approaches to environmental management at enterprises. Methods of system analysis were used to assess the impact of environmental innovations on the activities of enterprises, as well as methods of comparative analysis to study effective approaches to environmental management of the enterprise. A content analysis of scientific sources and documents of enterprises was carried out to identify key factors in the implementation of environmental innovations. The research uses methods of expert assessments to determine the most important environmental trends and their role in increasing the competitiveness of enterprises. The methodology also includes the processing of statistical data on the environmental activities of enterprises to assess their effectiveness and contribution to sustainable development. The necessity of integrating ecological approaches into the development strategy of modern enterprises in order to increase their competitiveness and long-term sustainability is considered. The role of an innovative approach in ensuring the reduction of the negative impact of economic activity of business entities on the environment by optimizing the use of resources, minimizing production waste, and generally increasing the energy efficiency of business processes is defined. Approaches to the implementation of environmental management in the activities of enterprises, in particular, orientation to the circular economy and the use of renewable energy sources, which contribute to the greening of production, have been studied. Considered the importance of corporate social responsibility in the formation of the environmental culture of enterprises. Examples of effective environmental solutions have been studied, which demonstrate that sustainable development and environmental management are an integral part of business development strategies in the face of global environmental challenges.
