INTELLECTUAL, KNOWLEDGE ORIENTED TECHNOLOGIES IN ADAPTIVE MANAGEMENT OF HOTEL AND RESTAURANT BUSINESS

Abstract

Intellectual management, oriented toward knowledge-based technology, represents a progressive approach to leadership and decision-making that harnesses advanced technologies like artificial intelligence, machine learning, big data analytics, and other cutting-edge innovations. This type of management emphasizes the use of knowledge-driven technologies to improve organizational efficiency, decision-making processes, and adaptability in a fast-changing environment. Adaptive management with innovation refers to a flexible, dynamic approach to decision-making and operations that integrates new data-driven technologies, methodologies and strategies. Adaptive management focuses on continuously adjusting management strategies in response to real-time feedback and changing conditions. This method is especially valuable in uncertain or rapidly changing environments, such as crisis situations, complex and sensitive complex projects or industries, for example – the hotel and restaurant business. Thus, in this publication, the authors presented the results of scientific and practical research on knowledge-oriented, intellectual adaptive management of the hotel and restaurant industry (on the basis of the classical approach to the construction of corporate systems of Artificial Intelligence – symbolic) in order to increase the overall efficiency, competitiveness and stability/sustainability of companies /corporations, and taking into account the global, regional specifics and sectoral features of the hotel and restaurant business (especially in unstable and even crisis conditions).
