ANALYSIS OF THE SYSTEM OF PROVIDING INCLUSIVE RECREATION SERVICES: PROBLEMS AND PROSPECTS

Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of the modern system of providing inclusive recreational services. The importance of the functioning and development of the system of inclusive recreational services has been studied. It was established that the policy of maintaining a modern system of providing inclusive recreational services has many problems that significantly reduce the level of development of inclusiveness in our country. It has been proven that the importance of establishing an appropriate level of inclusiveness is currently very important for our country, especially in the conditions of war with the aggressor Russia, which makes a significant part of our population disabled. Prospective directions for the development of the modern system of providing inclusive recreational services are named. A scheme for providing inclusive recreational services has been developed, in which its main components are characterized. Recommendations on improving the system of providing inclusive recreational services were provided. Inclusive tourism and recreation services and infrastructural support are important elements for restoring the human potential of Ukraine, especially in post-crisis or post-conflict conditions. In the context of Ukraine, after hostilities and crises, tourism and recreation services can play a significant role in the recovery of the population, both through direct assistance to people and through economic growth of regions. It is important to emphasize that psychological support and the creation of accessible (barrier-free) tourist and recreational spaces for persons with disabilities are important components of a comprehensive approach to rehabilitation, social integration and improvement of the quality of life of such persons. The development of this area can significantly improve the physical and psycho-emotional condition of people with disabilities, contributing to their full inclusion in social life. Thus, psychological support and the creation of barrier-free tourist and recreational spaces are important steps towards improving the quality of life of people with disabilities, their social integration and strengthening social unity, which are currently a very relevant initiative that requires an active position of society. local self-government bodies and state support.
